LLCroadWhat is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the website remember information, such as your language or the fact that you are logged in. Similar technologies, such as local storage or tags, are covered by this policy too.
Essential cookies
These cookies are needed for the website to work. They are always active and do not require your consent:
- LLCROAD_LOCALE: remembers your language preference. Kept for one year.
- llcroad_consent: remembers your choice about optional cookies, so we do not ask you again on every page. Kept for one year.
- llcroad_cart: keeps the order you are filling in, so you do not lose it if you leave the page. Kept for 30 days.
- Authentication cookies (names starting with “sb-”): keep you securely logged in to your client space. Set by Supabase, our database provider, and kept for the duration of your session.
Analytics and advertising cookies
These tools are only loaded if you accept them in the banner:
- Analytics (PostHog): to understand how visitors use the website, which pages are useful and where they get stuck, so we can improve it.
- Advertising conversion tags: to measure whether our ads lead to visits and orders, without showing you more ads on our website.
Your choice
When you first visit LLCroad, a banner lets you accept or refuse optional cookies, as easily one as the other. Refusing has no impact on your ability to use the website or to order. No optional cookie is set before you make your choice.
You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
Payment takes place on a page run by Stripe, which sets its own cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention, under its own cookie policy.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent some features, such as logging in to your client space, from working.
