Do I need a Social Security number (SSN) to get an EIN?

No. A non-resident member requests the EIN by fax with Form SS-4, without an SSN or ITIN. The IRS states about 4 business days for a faxed request.

Which US bank accepts an LLC owned by a non-resident?

Wyoming or Delaware: which state should I choose?
